Terms of service
These terms apply to Streame, the live streaming service at https://streame.kelbonet.com, run by
[Your organization] ("we", "us"). By signing in to Streame you accept these terms and our
Privacy policy.
The service
Streame receives your organization's live video and sends it to the destinations you choose (YouTube,
Facebook, Twitch and others). With the online accounts your organization connects, it also sets the title and
description of your live streams on those platforms.
Accounts
- Accounts are made by your organization's administrator, who decides your role and can change or remove it.
- Keep your password, your stream keys and your OBS dock link to yourself. You are responsible for what is done
with them; tell your administrator at once if one gets out (they can be replaced).
- Connect only online accounts you are allowed to manage, and use them only as their platform allows.
What you stream and write
- You and your organization are responsible for what you stream and for the titles and descriptions you
write, and for having the rights to it (music, video, images).
- You must follow the rules of every platform you send to, including the
YouTube Terms of Service, the
Facebook Terms and
Community Standards, and the
Twitch Terms of Service.
- Don't stream anything unlawful, and don't use Streame to harm others, to get into accounts that aren't yours,
or to overload or break the service.
Connected accounts
When you connect a YouTube, Facebook or Twitch account, you allow Streame to act on it only as described in our
Privacy policy (setting titles and descriptions). You can remove the account in Streame, or take the
access back on the platform, at any time. The platforms may change or end what they allow; when they do, that
part of Streame may stop working.
Availability
We work to keep Streame running, but we can't promise it never stops: streams can be interrupted by your
internet connection, ours, the platforms, or maintenance. Streame is provided "as is". As far as the law
allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by an interruption, a stream that didn't reach a platform, or
a title that wasn't set.
Suspending and ending
We may suspend or end an account or an organization that breaks these terms or puts the service or others at
risk. Your organization can remove accounts at any time. When an organization leaves, its data is deleted as
described in the Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update the date at the top and the "Last updated" date below. Using Streame after a
change means you accept the new terms.
